When you place your order online, our system will generate automatic email notifications to keep you updated on your order. This includes sending a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
Depending on the shipping method you have selected, you will receive a USPS, FedEx, or DHL tracking number. With this number, you will be able to track the progress of your order by logging on to the respective shipper's website. You may also view your tracking number on our website by following the instructions below.
For international shipments: if you selected Parcel Post, it is worthwhile to know that the initial pickup is carried out by FedEx; however, they are only an intermediary service. The final delivery will be carried out by your local post office. This is a slower shipping option and can take around 25 business days for delivery.

Packages not delivered and rerouted back to us will be refunded minus the shipping once delivered to our warehouse. Alternatively, we could resend the package as long as a different shipping address is provided and the shipping cost has been paid for a second time
