Checking Your Order Status
The status of your order can be checked through our website by logging in to https://cart.crowleymarine.com/signin using the account you created at the time of purchase. If you checked out as a Guest you can still check the status of your order using your order number and email address. In that case, you would go to https://cart.crowleymarine.com/order-info to check your order status.
Alternatively, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Your order has been received. If your order is in Pending status, your order is being processed and being prepared to be selected for either Awaiting Shipment status or Waiting on Manufacturer status.
Awaiting Shipment Status
Your order is being prepared for shipping. Our warehouse staff is packaging your part(s) and you should receive a tracking number shortly.
When to Expect My Order
You should receive an email notification letting you know that your package has shipped in the time that it takes to process orders.
Make sure to verify that your email address is the same one used when placing the order. We will send you a tracking number shortly. If you have not received email notifications, please check your spam folder.

Waiting on Manufacturer status
We have received your order and are now waiting for your part(s) to arrive from the manufacturer.
When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. Subsequent emails will include expected delivery times as well as notification that your order has been shipped.
Make sure to verify that your email address is the same one used when placing the order. If you have not received email notifications, please check your spam folder.
When to Expect My Order
While shopping, you'll notice that we’ve labeled part availability and the expected time for the part to ship out on every product page. When choosing products, expected delivery times such as
leaves in 3-5 days or
leaves in 6-8 days are indicated on the product page. In such cases, make sure that the product is in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse by clicking the
see details and
update now buttons.
The 3-5 days and 6-8 days timeframes simply mean that it should take approximately this amount of days for the part(s) to arrive at our warehouse in Denver. Once we check in the part, we'll rush your order out.
It's important to note that only the
Ships Immediately label indicates that the part is in stock at our warehouse and ready to ship before 3 PM Mountain time.

The Delivery Exception order status means that your order has shipped from our warehouse; however, the shipping carrier has been unable to complete delivery.
