Please save your return package tracking number. We may ask for the tracking number so we can reference the return. Once delivered to our Denver Warehouse, refunds are processed approximately 5-7 business days after we receive the part(s).
Refunds typically take up to 48 hours to reflect on your credit card or Paypal account once we have inspected and refunded the returned part.

When you cancel an order or the order is voided by our system due to being no longer available, our support team will refund the order immediately.
No longer available (NLA) items
When you receive an email stating that an item on your order is no longer available from the manufacturer, you must reply to that email updating our support team on how you wish to proceed with the order. The order will not be cancelled automatically.
Parcel post refund
When placing an order with Parcel Post, it is important to consider that it can take around 25+ business days. In the event that the order does not reach its destination, our customer service team will refund only the parts. There are no refunds for the shipping charge.
