Because I order several parts on Aug 7 on of being a a switch .... After waiting almost 60 days for the order to ship ..... Once it did the switch was dropped from the order ... No one told me ... Called me .... Or emailed me to tell me it was not shipped .... Or that it was dropped from my order that was the one main part I needed and did not get it .... If I would have known it was gonna be like this I would have ordered from somewhere else ..... Never again will I order form your company !

I am still currently waiting on parts from my order over 2 months ago have called several times as well as sent several emails with no reply. Also the parts that I ordered were wrong and have had no help in the return process. Terrible experience for the second time.

Problem fixed: All I Needed was handle parts
After waiting over two months I finally received parts that were wrong so I’m still using vice grips to ride the sled. Terrible service.

Not good. I ordered parts on August 13 and used the order status tool on your website which said order was processing and could not be cancelled. That made me think shipping would be soon. The order stayed in this status for weeks, so I called and was told everything was there and would ship in a couple days. Six weeks or more is not acceptable, and from past experience I feel if I had not called it would have been longer.

Good receiving lower unit. Took way to long to receive water pump kit 3 weeks after receiving lower unit. But there is COVID 19 I think anyone who works for your company has done a fine job considering. Thanks Alan Evans

Problem fixed: Hit stump damage lower unit
Pulled old unit off and installed new water pump kit and installed gear oil works great

Waited six months for a part that was listed as available. Numerous emails back and forth. Changing delivery dates. Never updated by Crowley!!! Finally gave up and had the parts they had delivered, cancelling the missing part. I will get my parts elsewhere next time.

It’s been just about two months and still haven’t received all my parts. Sent emails regarding the parts and it takes 2 weeks for a reply. They had no problem charging my credit card in one day. The web site said that they had plenty of the parts in stock too. I understand that this is during the Covid time. But ordered a different part from a local dealer and had it in a week. They didn’t even offer a refund???? So here I wait no email regarding the part just a survey on there service. Lol

I ordered parts online and paid for express shipping. I took my over 1 1/2 months to get my order. Customer service was very unresponsive to emails and no phone calls were being taken. Finally I received my order and I didn’t get everything. I will not buy from Crowley again...

I rarely rate but this is an exception. I placed my order in July. Part of my order showed up in October. I emailed support and was told the item that didn't ship is no longer available. But they would glad tio refund me for that item. I told him I would check with the guy doing the work and get back to him. That same day (October 7) I emailed abs asked that a return label be sent out for the parts I did receive and a full refund be issued because without the one part, the rest were users useless. I have yet to get a response of any kind.
