All parts not sent out, two parts missing. Called and talked to a sales person to send the parts missing and only sent one out of the two missing, so I have to call again and see if I can get the other part.

Overall experience was terrible. Placed an order of multiple items that arrived 2 months later. No communication after the first email that said some parts were not in stock and would ship when they arrive. So emailed asking where my order was and was told everything was now in stock and it would be shipped. Two weeks after that I recieved my order but it was missing a part. I emailed about the missing part and got a reply back that the part will be shipped soon. So no, I will not be ordering from Crowley marine again.

I ordered parts online and paid for express shipping. I took my over 1 1/2 months to get my order. Customer service was very unresponsive to emails and no phone calls were being taken. Finally I received my order and I didn’t get everything. I will not buy from Crowley again...
