	Have been trying to resolve this issue for more than 1 year. Have seen several dealers and none were able to help. When I contacted your sales person, I was impressed immediately. 	I have ordered several outboard motor parts and received quality parts in a timely manner. I have worked in customer service and would recommend Crowley Marine as anyone's parts supplier. I received extensive correspondance from their tech support and only placed a relatively small order. That is hard to find in a time when most companies do not care much about customer service. I do hope that Crowley keeps the gentleman that helped me around, with maybe a raise! I also was impressed with Crowley's website, very informative and detailed. Randy A.
