OK. I've ordered from your web site twice.  I own a 19 year old Mercury 200 h.p. outboard. Finding parts for it sometimes is challenging and as you can imagine I've searched all over the internet for them in the past.

When I found your web site with the Merc System schematic drawings I thought I had landed in boaters heaven.

I don't have to look forever to figure out which part is the correct model #, etc.  I just go to the drawing.  The items I ordered had to be ordered by you first and delivery time was just what I expected.  You've got a customer for life.  Thanks.  (You can use any or all of this testimony and my full name and city)

Thanks a million times over for putting up step by step instructions on adjusting OMC shift cables / Switches. Without these I would be totally lost and would  be forced to take my boat out of the water and to a local "rip off" shop. Thank you Thank you Thank You. Paul, Just wanted to say you have a great website. I especially like the parts diagrams. This allowed me to identify the parts I needed and ordered them today. Most websites I found only list the part name and number. Your pictures were very helpful in identifying what I needed. Now I am just anxiously awaiting shipment. The crappie are biting.
