This kit contains a replacement stator assembly and an amphenol plug or
receptacle to make the new stator assembly compatible with your present wire
For installation of stator assembly and replacement of amphenol connectors (if required) refer to procedures found in the service manual.

Post Installation Procedures
NOTE: Connect positive battery lead (Red) to the positive (+) battery terminal. Connect negative battery lead (Black) to the negative (-) battery terminal. Even a momentary reversal of these connections will damage electrical equipment in engine and boat and could cause personal injury.
