BRAND NEW FACTORY OEM Upper Sterndrive Assembly for OMC Cobra.  This one has a 21:16 gear ratio and fits all OMC Cobras with a 5.7 or 5.8 litre engine manufactured from 1986 to 1993.  Also fits some HO 5.0 litre engines.  For high altitude applications use the 21:17 ratio upper sterndrive assembly.  Includes a full one year warranty.
