Standard shipping charges on parts
We are currently shipping all part orders by FedEx and all powerheads, gearcases and stern drives via UPS.  We charge a low flat rate of $9.95 on all orders regardless of size.  Even with heavy manifolds and large parts orders the shipping charge is still only $9.95. (This rate excludes complete powerheads, gearcases and outdrive assemblies, and orders outside of the 48 states.  Some parts orders may take an additional 3 days.)

Powerhead 4 & 5 cylinder $106.00 shipping.
Powerhead 6 cylinder $145.00 or $146.00 shipping.
Outboard Gearcases $44.00 shipping.
Sterndrive upper/lower $44.00 shipping.
Complete sterndrives $88.00 shipping.

When will my item ship?
If you place the order on Tuesday thru Saturday and we have the products in stock your order will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday for items that are in stock will be shipped out on Tuesday.

Shipping time is displayed with the products.  Almost all powerheads, gearcases and sterndrive assemblies are in stock and will ship out the same day.  We also stock over 100,000 parts and many times we can ship parts orders out the same day as well, but there are some situations where we will not have a particular item in stock.  However we do receive new inventory every day and unless an item is backordered it will take no longer than 3-4 days before we can ship your order.

Backorder Policy
Once in a while, the demand for certain items may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability  to keep us supplied with adequate stock. In situations like this, we make every effort to  cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. If the backordered  item happens to be part of a larger order that has already been shipped to you, we'll  pay the handling on that backordered part. It is very important to us that you are  completely satisfied with your entire order, every time.
