International Customers
Crowley Marine gladly accepts orders from all around the world. We currently are shipping everything from individual parts to complete powerheads and gearcases to every major country. With our shipping arrangements with major carriers and state of the art fraud detection we can ship our entire line of products quickly and at a reasonable price.
Shipping
International orders are shipped one of two ways.
Under 20 lbs: If your order is less than 20lbs we will ship it via FedEx International at a flat rate, regardless of which country it is going to. FedEx International Priority is $54.95 and FedEx International Economy is $34.95. We highly recommend Priority shipping as it has proven to be much quicker. They are very reliable and with the thousands of packages that we have shipped they have not lost one yet.
Over 20 lbs: We ship all orders between 20 and 150lbs via FedEx Express. This service is very fast and most orders arrive within 2 days from the time that they are shipped. When you check out your order the shipping charges will be instantly computed online. If you have any questions about the shipping charges please do not hesitate to contact us. We can ship any way that you would like including FedEx, UPS, etc. Also if you want to arrange the international forwarding we can ship anywhere within the United States at a very low price.
Powerheads, Gearcases, Sterndrives, etc.
We do ship these products all over the globe for a relatively low price and shipping is around a week. The shipping charges for these items are much higher than quoted online, but we pay a portion of the shipping costs to keep the prices low. All powerhead, gearcase or sterndrive orders must include the model number for OMC, Johnson or Evinrude or the serial number for Mercury, Mercruiser and Force. If you are ordering a Force powerhead we will also need to know the casting number of your block before we can ship it.
Duties and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to duties or taxes which are required when the shipment is received. The charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control or knowledge over what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Product Warranties
All of our product warranties are still in effect for international customers, however we cannot cover the shipping charges as we usually would. Any warranty issue would need to be inspected by us first so we require that all shipping to and from us to be handled by the customer. All of our remanufactured products are built to exceed OEM specifications and all of our new parts are Genuine OEM so we have very few warranty claims.
Payment
Wire transfer is the preferred payment method for international orders, but we can accept credit card as well for orders under $500.00. We verify all credit card orders with the issuing bank so if there are any problems contacting the bank the shipping may be delayed a couple of days. We can also accept credit card orders over $500.00 from previous customers or with photocopies of a matching government issued ID and banking information. You can enter the credit card information when checking out or if you would like to use wire transfer please complete your order using the offline payment button and use the following banking information for the transfer:
